# Visión general

Esta sección reúne la visión estructural del agente Taína IA, con materiales pensados para audiencias generales y equipos técnicos. Aquí encontrarás información de alto nivel (su contexto, actores y canales) junto con las vistas C4.

Taína IA es una asistente conversacional centrada en los servicios públicos de la República Dominicana. Combina procesamiento de lenguaje natural, datos estructurados y canales de interacción por voz y texto para ofrecer respuestas confiables a la ciudadanía.

### Público objetivo del sistema

* **Arquitectura y liderazgo funcional**: necesitan comprender el alcance y los límites del agente.
* **Equipos de desarrollo y operación**: requieren información detallada sobre componentes, flujos y dependencias.
* **Aliados institucionales**: buscan una explicación clara de cómo se integra Taína con los servicios gubernamentales existentes.
